In Feb 2013 Mauritz Janse van Rensburg purchase a shower at Protector Build. On 21 Feb 2013 M Janse van Rensburg was admitted to the Rand Clinic. I Liz Janse van Rensburg (wife) phoned Protector Build to please take back the shower he purchased from them which is not suitable and had no side panels, salesman said he would see what he could do, phoned me back and said they do not take back sold items and he would deliver the panels. The shower needed two side panels which salesman promised to deliver. After many telephone calls and Emails side panels still not delivered. Manager Andre responded on third email addressed to Protector Build on 18 June 2013. Reply from manager (Andre) he knows nothing about the shower but will help if he could I went to Protector Build the next day he told me to look around if I could find suitable panels I could take them (I need the shower panels not suitable panels) one panel was found but second panel was not a original 24 July 2013 Still no response.
