Unit badly made - no instructions for assembly

I ordered a Space saver 3 drawer unit on 24th January. I collected the flat pack unit around the 21st February - don't remember the exact date. When I unpacked the unit it had no instructions. My husband called at the Ucan counter in Game on two occasions asking for the assembly instructions which were promised. Nothing came of it. I went in and asked again for the instructions about three weeks ago and Olivia said she was still waiting for them. I then e-mailed Ucan via their website, but didn't get a peep out of them! Yesterday, with my daughter's help we decided to figure it out ourselves as it didn't seem that complicated. We put the drawers together - they were so badly drilled and punched that the front panels are totally skew. The screws supplied that are meant to fit the guide rails are so long that they will protrude through the side of the unit if we use them. I am at my wit's end with this unit and wish I had never purchased it.
