PFK Staff unreliability

Having purchased my first car this year i opted for PFK as my tracker. Within a few months they called me and told me my unit was faulty which i understood and brought the car in to be refitted. The trouble came when i phoned them and asked the to check where my car was and they could not locate it as the unit was showing as offline which was fine because i eventually found the car (No thanks to PFK) then i enquired over the course of 3 weeks about getting the unit at least checked or changed and everyday i would call and everyday i would get a different "Representative" who would swear to call me back with feedback and im still waiting to this day. As of yesterday i have cancelled my stop order to PFK as all they are interested in is money of which they will not see one red cent till my unit is replaced or released from my contract from them.
