Worst customer experience never buy from Neux

I was shopping online for a R4i card for my little brother on bid or buy when I came across one that was on auction. Excited I bid on it. The next day I visited the flee market and they had the exact same product for R100 less than what Neux was charging excluding delivery costs. I wrote them a email cancelling my order one day after my bid. 2 weeks later I was told that I had received a sale not confirmed status on my account. When I approached Neux they said it had nothing to do with them and that it was bid or buys fault. And now on my account they wrote a negative review stating that I am a "time waster" when I let them know well in advance that I wouldn't be buying the same product twice. Neux has no customer relations and are a disgrace to the few decent sellers left. I will never buy anything from them again if this is how they throw their toys out the cot when they don't get a sale. As a consumer whenever I partake in a interaction where goods are exchanged it is in my full rights to cancel that service if I feel that it is not good value for money and Neux has no right to treat people this way.
