Samsung LCD's Only Last 2 Years!!! Rediculous

I have always been a loyal Samsung customer until now!

I purchased a 40 inch HD LCD TV in August 2011 and around 2-3 months after purchasing the built in speakers had to be replaced as they were faulty then around 3 months ago a slight blue line appeared at the top of the screen but i thought nothing of it as it was hardly noticable the on Friday afternoon half of the screen turn green and is now flickering.

I called Samsung customer care only to be told that the unit is out of warranty and it is my problem now!

Firstly that is not acceptable to me! a person does not spend money on a tv to have to replace it every 2 years!
I feel Samsung need to assist in sorting this out! i have notcied a few complaints on this site where people have had the same issue as me which means there is a common problem!

If Samsung do not assist here i will definately not be buying another item from Samsung and i will make sure i warn as many people i can about the sub standard product Samsung sells!

Samsung need to wake up and smell the coffee here there are over 1300 complaints on this site and only 144 have been dealt with!

That is useless!
