I reported on Hellopeter in December about a fault on my LED tv from Samsung. A large black line had appeared on my screen after having the TV for only 18 months. After a month, Samsung customer care emailed me and I outlined the nature of my problem. They informed me that my LED TV was still under warranty and within a week I have a totally repaired unit. I'd like to thank Samsung for their prompt service in this regard.
