No after sales supplort

After little more than a year I have a problem with the panel of my Samsung plasma TV. I went to the store where I bought it and spoke to the manager who had a "its your problem now" attitude. I was told it would cost me a fee fro them to send it for repair, no offer made for them to mitigate some of the cost - does a Samsung TV only last a year?? His approach was very unhelpful and unfriendly - guess I won't be supporting them in future. I appeal to everyone to review potential suppliers on HelloPeter before parting with your money.
