Poor Customer Service

Electronics and household app.

I purchased a Samsung laptop 18 months ago from an accredited vendor, two weeks ago the H/D crashed and the PC company who repaired it said that this particular H/D had a 3 year warranty from Toshiba and that I should call Samsung who would probably replace it on my behalf.
On contacting Samsung I spoke to a very polite guy, Kgotsi who said he would look into the matter and Samsung would get back to me.
Samsung did call me back last Friday and I had a very different attitude from the Manager Office Automation who didn't give his name and steadfastly maintained that it was no longer Samsung's problem that the Toshiba H/D that they put into the Samsung laptop that I bought had crashed. Although this H/D appears to be covered by a 3 year warranty it was not their responsibility to assist me any further ito company policy.
I was refused access to anyone in Samsung's customer service department and I got the distinct impression that I was being given the run around, perhaps because it was Friday afternoon.
Samsung you have failed me as a customer, will never buy another latop from your company again and will advise that people stay away from your products.
