Rip-offs wanting to make quick bucks

I recently called them because my DSTV was losing signal intermittently. When the technician arrived - he advised me that the twin LNB unit was blown and needed replacement. The cost would be R1000 which included a R250 call out fee. I was surprised at the cost but did not know better and agreed for him to continue. I later googled the product because it looked familiar - and was even more shocked to see that a part he told me cost R750 only costs about R200.
When I called them this morning to say that they are rip offs, the manager Nicolas just chuckled about it and said he knows that it is expensive - and that was that. Beware of these people - they are not afraid of ripping you off with a straight face.
