No service = worst service

Electronics and household app.

We called Cheryl at GDS - TV to request for someone to come out and repair connection for our DStv extra view. We were told Lawrence would be at our home at 2pm on the 6th of December and at 8:30pm we were still waiting. On one occasion, Cheryl told me she doesn't want to be in the middle and to call Lawrence myself!! Me, the paying customer, doing her job for her!! After numerous calls to Cheryl, Gerald and Lawrence all afternoon, and being told that Lawrence would be with us in an hour and then half an hour and that he was in Jukskei Park and will come to us after that job, and then "oh dear he has another job in Olivedale before you" we were told at 8pm that Lawrence will not be coming out at all today!! We took leave to be at home and have waited for nothing. Will GDS - TV pay us for this leave? This is the worst service we have EVER received and we DO NOT recommend GDS - TV - empty promises are NOT how a business should be run.
