What a reap off

In 5yrs dealing with Ford/Mazda imperial and mostly assisted by Lawrence who has been such a great pleasure working with and never a single time had a problem compared from what is happening now. I sent my car yesterday for replacement of a samp seal and dashboard wiring and was promised to be called back for a feedback but it seems I had to be the one calling them. I was telephonically charged by Lawrence R1300.00 for a seal of which I couldn't do it then and told Lawrence I will do it later on and now for doing samp seal I've been charged R3095.00 and for a new set of samp R4070.00 I mean really R975.00 difference of a seal and a new whole set of samp for me it doesn't make sense??? I personally think it's a reap off.
