2013-12-03 @ 18:50 I went to the caltex petrol station at beyers naude drive cause my tank was left with 1 bar, I was attended by lawrencse petrol attendance who at that time was having concersation with his collegue mourning about that the haven't made money on that day, he needs to get the money for the food. However I requested petrol for R250= 19L @ 13. 02. The car I'm driving is renault cleo 3 which each petrol gage or bar is 5.5L. But when lawrence was done puoring the petrol I got 2 additional bars from what I had. I queried this with lawrence he told me the is nothing he can do then I requetsed to speak to the manager to resolve this matter cause I was not prepared to pay unless it is resolved. Lawrence went into the store just after 1min he came back and told me that he spoke to his manager. The manager said I must or else they will open court case. Then I asked him to call his manager or 2nd in charge & address me as client. That's when he told that he spoke to his manager on the phone & the is no one its late I must pay. I refuse to pay as I was unhappy, then lawrence took my car registration. ignored me. His colleague advise dat I drive around & I did still
