Terrible Customer Service 7 Months in a Row

I Took out a Vodacom laptop deal, however, Lawrence, who assisted me, made a clerical error whilst uploading my contract. After waiting for more than two hours, I was informed to come back the following day. When I got there, the deal still was not reversed, and asked to come back the next day. I finally got the laptop, and the pro rata payment went through. When I received my next bill, the deal did not reflect, and Lawrence assured me everything is fine, it will go off the next month. I never even received my real copy from the contract. Lawrence just kept saying I must wait, or that he can't help me, it's Vodacom's problem. However, Vodacom cannot help me, as the deal went over to prepaid. When I phoned the store again, Minesha told me she will handle it from hereon. At first, my mails were responded quickly, however for the last month, after saying they will keep me updated, I have received no further response. I am fed up!!! At this moment I will rather return the laptop than wait for this terrible service that is leading nowhere! In my life I have never received such poor service! somethine that should have taken a hour is now taking longer than 7 months!!
