Debonairs Pizza
Extremely disappointing service!

We ordered a pizza and a sub for delivery last Monday. After waiting for over an hour, I called the Parkmore branch to find out where my order was. This went back and forth for the next 30 mins with a gentleman named Lawrence who made empty promises about when I would get my order. Almost 1 hour and 45 mins later, still no delivery. I called up Lawrence again and told him to go ahead and cancel my order as it was now just pointless. He muttered an apology but that was it. I order from this branch very often and was very disappointed by the complete disregard for punctuality. Further, the staff show a complete disrespect for its patrons by consistently lying about delivery times. Pathetic service.
