I RECEIVED A CALL FROM LAWRENCE LESEBE ON THE 29TH OF JAN FROM AFRICAN BANK COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT. I WAS INFORMED BY LAWRENCE TO MAKE A TRANSFER INTO AFRICAN BANK ACCOUNT. THE BANK DETAILS GIVEN BY HIM WERE INCORRECT, I FIND OUT A MONTH LATER THAT MY MONEY R700 WAS SENT TO KNOWS WHO, DOING A PAYMENT RECALL IS NOW GONA COST ME R350!! LAWRENCE IS LIABLE FOR THIS MONEY, I WANT MY PHONE CALL WITH HIM TO BE REPLAYED AND HE MUST STAND LIABLE FOR MY MONIES THAT HAS BEEN LOST! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! LAWRENCE ALSO MADE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS FOR A DEBIT ORDER TO GO OFF ON THE 25TH OF FEB WHICH WASNT DONE! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS? I HAVE CALLED INTO THE CALL CENTER LAST WEEK SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE HAD NO JOY! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND WILL NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. SOMEONE NEEDS TO CONTACT ME ASAP!!!
