Pick 'n Pay
Terrible service

Pick 'n Pay have a special currently running on chicken pieces for R29.99 per kg. I went to my local store on several consecutive days and noticed that there were no stock on this item. I couldn't even see a place on the shelf where this specific items were supposed to be. I then made enquiries at one of the managers, who informed me that they will DEFINATELY have stock on the next day. He called one of the employees named Lawrence and requested him to keep 20 packets aside for me and that I will come and collect it. He even took down my details on a card. When I went to the shop today, I went to the shelf and saw some of these special priced chicken packs on the shelf, although very limited quantities. I then requested one of the managers called Willem to call Lawrence. I have waited a very long time, where after Lawrence finally arrived with a crate containing plus minus 6 packets of chicken. Lawrence informed me that this was the only stock they received. I requested to speak to the store manager, but nobody came to assist me. I indicated that I will email head office and I was told that I should do so. Great service?
