I walked into the store and there was only one staff member who looked up and ignored us,
He then unhappily assisted me. And basically told me that the PSP was beyond economical repair I then asked for a damage report and he said he could not give me one I would have to wait for the owner who would be back that afternoon I must give them a call later.
Later I called them back and was told that it takes 4-5 days to give me a report which is ridiculous as he already checked the console out if he could verbally tell me not to fix it surely they could type a letter sooner.
He then gave me the owners cell number whom i tried calling most of yesterday once I could not get hold of the owner again i contacted Peter and he said well I will just have to come back tomorrow.
This morning I tried calling and l there was no answer not on the landline or the cell, after 9.30 i managed to get hold of the owner who seemed utterly disinterested in assisting me. After receiving no satisfaction I told Etienne i would be collecting my console and taking it to someone who will be able to assist an then he says he is not open today although he advertises been open on a Saturday worst service eve
