No repair

Should've consulted with the reports on this site before conducting business with CSC however my initial experience was positive. I submitted a PS3 for repairs that came back successfully. I then referred a friend with the same issue whose console came back in a timely manner repaired.

The problematic circumstances started when I gave in my Xbox with a RROD last year. The console was returned unrepaired. I contacted CSC and they told me to return it with no courier charges from their collection centre. I gave it in again and it came back unrepaired and additionally the optical drive was broken. The third and last time it came back and broke after a few months. This, as a result of poor customer service, is unresolved almost a year later.

I have contacted them to arrange a refund which I suggested the second time (3 month warranty on repairs). I was told by the owner, albeit in the background while on the phone to another employee, that he did not have time for refunds and to e-mail him. I will be sending an e-mail today and advise other possible customers if the issue is resolved.
