Unbelievable response from owne

My food was an hour late and when I asked the owner if he could help me, he shrugged his shoulders and waved his hand in my face, I told him that I was leaving and would pay for my drinks and he verbally abused me. How on earth do you do that as the owner of a food restaurant. As the owner he surely should have resolved the issue differently. I will never ever go back and have told all my friends and family not to either. I was a regular visitor up until today. Shame on you mr owner I have now made sure you all my business goes else where.
