Pathetic owner and manage

Upon entering the Edenvale branch I was approached by someone who claimed more than once to be the owner after I had requested information about a product, I didn't understand and she refused to explain again. When I asked for number, she told me to go look it up. After security was summoned to remove me from the store, the real owner got hold of me Via whatsapp after I tried calling her and told me she instructed the manager not to give out her details as she doesn't have time to deal with petty issues. I will never buy anything from any branch again and I don't advise anybody who wants good service to do so either.
