This is my second complaint on Hellopeter about the same ongoing event. We bout a TV (51" Smart 3d Plasma) from Game stores, two months ago. All was going well till about two weeks ago when a black line appeared down the middle of the screen. I phone a logged a call (4140378718) and they said that they would get a tech out. Nothing happened and then all of a sudden i get a sms saying the call was cancelled.??? I phone back and they said the wrong tech was appointed and they would get the correct one to contact me. Nothing happened. I phoned back and they said they would escalate the call I then get through to another agent, I i told him that I dont want this tv fixed I want it replaced or credited so that I can buy a better one. I dont think paying R10, 000 for a tv to only work two months is good. The agent agrees and said that he would call me back. That was a week ago. I now get a sms with a new reference number 3101246728??? I phone samung and they say they will phone me, everyday now i get that same excuse.
