Poor service/technical and custome

Bought KIC fridge 27/11/2011-stopped working 26/11/2013-called game PTn where I purchased fridge-logged complaint with KIC-S000342893-to phone 0860884402 if no response-tech called on 27th, replaced thermostat. Frige stopped working that night-called 086 number --no-one answering-called game-logged another fault-S000343438-called 086 number ending in1 not 2 was told tech will be there later..5pm fri 29th phoned again tolf tech will phone me, call cut... still waiting... going to be calling Wendy Knowler on monday.
