I'm a long time Telkom cust & have had ENDLESS problems with my line. Have called, begged, faught & pleaded. Results: repaired and down again within a couple of days, not repaired for weeks, call centre putting the phone down not once but MANY times (just happened again - once happened 4 consequtive calls), tech's tell me the lines are "to vrot" and have to be replaced, tech's stand in my driveway & carry on about "getting all the F$#@ing jobs", tech's tell me thier time is being wasted because other tech's dont know what they are doing, told that i will have to "live with the problems" as a new line is "impossible". I go to Bayside & insist on seeing a senior to complain. They tell me I have more chance for response going to Hello Peter. I was horrified. My lines are faulty much more work properly. All this time I have paid them my full account without question even though I have threatened not to. Recently retrenched, last months D/O rejected (1 time). I recieved a snotty & treatening SMS telling me to contact "Mr Swart". In the mean time I pay in cash and call Mr Swart. He did not bother to return call. Now they run D/O and INCLUDE payment already made! SHOCKING SHOCKING!!!
