51" 3D Smart TV Cracking

OK so i bought a Samsung 51" 3D Plasma TV almost a year ago. 3 Weeks back i noticed that it started cracking on the frame on 3 different locations. I phoned Hi-Fi Corp where i bought it and they got it pickup up and fixed by Samsung (or an agent of Samsung). This was fast but not effective. The day the TV came back (still covered in plastic) i removed the plastic from one of the corners and there was cracks there. The cracked bezel was replaced with a cracked bezel? Phoned the agent again. They told me they were going to contact Samsung to be advised on what to do. I sent some photos as they requested me to do the Monday 26 August. Phoned them on Wednesday 28 Aug. They told me they would get back to me. Phoned them Friday 30 August to find out the guy handling my stuff is on leave. Left a message for him to phone me back. Today is Wednesday 4 September and i have no response yet, my TV's cracks is "walking" further every day. Will they keep me on a line till it falls apart? Or is there someone willing to help me to get this TV fixed or swopped??? Ref# 4137049056
