Complete Incompetence and No after care service

Electronics and household app.

On Monday 22nd July I reported my (still under guarantee) Samsung washing machine to Makro as in need
of being repaired, they advised they would phone me back with a reference no, two days later still no reference on phoning I was given samsung call centre to phone direct, who gave me a Ref No for repair on 24th July and said they would contact their agent to do repair, Three days later I AGAIN contacted samsung to find out if there was any developements to be told to phone OEG (their agent) myself and find out.
This I have been doing on a daily basis and at every phone call have instructed both the samsung call centre and OEG that I have NO cell phone and there is someone on the premises all day. At every call to Samsung I Have been told they will "escalate the job" and for the past four days OEG have told me that a technician would call and as yet that has not happened. Yesterday a consultant from Samsung phoned to follow up on my many phone calls, who himself confirmed with OEG that they would attend to the repair yesterday. I have never experienced such lack of Customer service. TWO WEEKS how long is it going to take
