Just Cant get Through

I've been having some trouble with my Samsung washing machine. It keeps throwing out these black mould type flakes. Tried many home remedies and nothing seems to work. So I've been trying to contact the Samsung Call Centre for a few days now on 0860 726 786. No response. Tried their international call number on 011 5491500. I get through to the voice prompts, select customer service and hold on forever before it eventually cuts me off. So Frustrating!
