No delivery, no communication

I ordered my Polar H7 from this business on 4 August, and paid the full amount of R972.42 by EFT. They undertook delivery between 12 - 19 August. Delivery to date: Zero. Updates from Simon: Zero. Simon ignoring my communications: 100%.

Quite eazy thus, unless I have a positive response from Simon Swanich in five working days from this date, I am reporting a case of (lots of evidence right here on Hellopeter to support my allegations), I am appointing a debt collector (since I have all his personal details) and I am launching a Small Claims Court case against Mr Swanich and his business.
