Unacceptable after sale service!

I am beyond frustrated with the excuse of an online store.

I ordered a Polar watch from them.

Order #32742 - 05 February 2012

They watch stopped working and I notified have2have who told me I must RMA it back to them and they will in turn send it overseas to be replaced. I sent it in as requested with the amount I had to pay from my side for shipping with tracking nr. This was on the 16th July 2013. After some time I requsted an update and the response was that it was out of their hands and given to a third party and they have no updates until it is back in SA. This was actually sent by Simon himself.
I have asked them on several occasions for atleast an update and they ignore my emails. I have opened a support ticket and it was immediately closed without response. I have submitted a second but probably will also be closed without response. I have told them I am reporting them on hellopeter and they just don't care!

I have many friends in the IT business and will advise them ALL against this store. DO NOT shop with them. Their service is terrible and they just don't care.By FAR the WORST service I ever experienced and I have dealt with many overseas and local companies.
