I ordered a Kindle on 06/02/2013 - Paid upfrom - of course!

Followed up on 20/02/2013 and was advised by Mr Simon Swanich that delivery is scheduled for the week following.

It is now 15/04/2013 and to date I receive nothing but standard responses and NO DELIVERY!

I would really appreciate some action instead of standard responses.
