Electronics and household app.

I have used this site a total of 3 times. There is no phone number on the website and their customer service is disgusting.

My ordered was due between the 9th and 17th of july. Simon Swanich just gives me random updates about unique routes and meaningless words just to cover their mistakes. He also told me they expect it early last week, which never happened.

I asked that I be refunded if not delivered by the 26th (a full 10 days ahead of my estimate) and no one has responded, they just put my ticket on Hold and on Low Priority, is this how you treat your customers???

If I do not have my order or refund by Friday I will take legal action against you.

For any new customers, dont expect updates on your orders unless a ticket is logged, and if there is a problem you will possible end up like me and countless others.

Poor, Appauling Service..I will never shop with you guys EVER AGAIN!!! If you cant run a bussiness properly DONT!
