LG TV Faulty USB input very

I bought my 42 inch LG Tv set - 3years ago and I was happy with my tv until I tried to use the USB in put. Only after all these years I realise that it does'nt work at all. I spoke to friend and family and other people just to get clearance on why my USB input is not working.

I am now out of ideas because i plugged in a number of USB devices and none of them were working or responding. Please look at this problem a.s.a.p. because i only like to use LG products in my house and I also advise my friend to do the same. Suddenly I am re-thinking LG product due to this problem that I am experiencing. Please come and solve the soonest. I highly appreciate your quick response.
