Car Track Devices not working

My husband and I joined C-Track approximately 5 years ago. BEST decision we had made and the tracking devices worked brilliant. However in the past 2 years it has been a total disappointment we have had the one incident after the other, either the devices are not updating or it is not working at all. For the past month both my husband and I have called the call centre to report the faulty devices in his vehicle and mine. After spending a good 25 - 35 minutes on the phone each time you call nothing has been done. No technician has called, no support service has contacted us to advise what the process or procedure is to have the problem attended to. My question is what will happen if the cars are. Who will be liable. Our debit order is in place and the account is up to date. We are considering to move over to another supplier as this is just not acceptable.
