Myself & my husband had our vehicle alarms fitted at Sound Match, Voortrekker rd, Parow.
On the day my husband had his alarm fitted we were given the wrong information whereby we ended up paying for a product not needed & a cheaper version of the product was available after a long confrontation we just paid them & left.
After a few months my husband is experiencing problems with his electronics on his vehicle & they refused to fix the problem, they claim it's not their fault that the electronics are faulty & that they only fitted the alarm & that it was a previous problem, but the vehicle never had an electronic problem prior to them working on the electronics.
I had a similar problem with my vehicle, a few years prior I fitted my alarm & after they worked on the vehicle my airconditioning unit wouldn't work properly. They checked out my car & told me my car has a demon in it & it's not their fault. They were the only people to work on both vehicles & both vehicles was returned to them within the guarantee of the product.
