Dont buy from YEBO Electronics!!!

I bought a electronic multimeter from Yebo Electronics on Thursday last week for a job I had on Tuesday, on Tuesday when wanting to use the product it does not switch on, which left me not being able to finish the job and losing a client.
Upon phoning Yebo Electronics in Plumstead I was told policy is to bring it in, they send it away and then they will decide if the product can be replaced.
No effort was made whatsoever to try and assist me - instead more of my time and money (petrol) needs to be wasted on three trips to the store to get one working product and I will be without the product for however long it takes them to send it off and get it back.
What is the consumer protection act for? if unhappy with a product within 7 days of purchase? Surely they need to swap it out??
Hilton basically told me I can do what I want this is how they work. His people skills require some polishing.

I urge anyone NOT to support Yebo Electronics as they have ZERO after sales service, they don't perform quality checks on their products and then you the customer have to take your resources to sort out their inferior product..
