Disgusting customer service

I reported leaking Pampers and this Philile has the nerve to put in writing that she is grateful for my input and is glad I have not experienced a problem with my nappies recently, I write to them because it is a recent complaint and we pay a lot of money for an inferior product which they manufactured they are not even trying to find out whether it was just a bad batch or an ongoing problem which it is, as I have opened a different pack which still leaks. Pampers does not give a about salvaging the relationship they have with me as consumer. If I had wanted to be thanked for my input I would have been complimenting the product not the other way round. Maybe I should also go the Huggies gold route as i have heard a lot of recommendations
