I purchased a LG 14kg Direct drive washing machine from Appliance Hyper in Trichardt (Mpumalanga) on the 13th of November 2012, we bought it with a gaurantee of 2 years. Shortly after on the 14th of February 2013 we reported it being faulty to Appliance Hyper. They then informed us that they will report it to LG representatives as they can't do anything for us. On the 18th of February we still haven't received any feedback, we phoned them. They then said that they have reported the machine as being faulty and that they cannot do anything further, they gave us the LG representatives (G & R Appliance's) number, we contacted them, they then informed us that no case was reported but that they would send their technicians out the next day. The technicians arrived on the 19th, they claimed that the motor and clutch was faulty and that those parts needed to be replaced. But apparantly there was no stock of the parts. Again we waited and again we had to phone them on the 20th where they then claimed that a pc board needs to be replaced and that they also don't have stock of that. So we phoned them again on the 26th of February, apparantly they still do not have stock. So we contacted Appli
