2 month old Dishwasher broke and not covered

On 20/12/2012 i bought a brand new Samsung Dishwasher from Samsung Mobile DMS300TRS (Item Code).

In less than 2 months the door hinge on the left broke and when I opened the door the front cover didn't open in its place and bended a little. Samsung do not exchange or repair I had to call PMC Electronics in Pretoria to come pick up my machine and repair under warranty. After a week the informed me that Samsung said its human damage and that they will not repair it under warranty. I had to pay over R700 to repair a new dishwasher that was not my fault at all. I will not recommend this product to any one.

Very disappointed in the service and repairs of Samsung, its a new product and not suppose to give me any problems at all, at least not in the first two months.
