Don't buy Samsung Televisions!

I purchased a 37 inch television from Makro in 2010, and the television came with 2 year warranty. The television packed up during 2013, shortly after the warranty expired. I took the television back to Makro during May 2013 and the Samsung approved repairers claim that, to this day Samsung South Africa has not been able to provide parts for a reasonable repair. Samsung has really dissappointed with a product that was clearly inadequate to start with (TV only lasting 3 years - I haveused a smartphone longer than that) and now not being able to provide parts (and at a reasonable cost).

Well Samsung. I voted with my wallet. We have to get a new set, and it surely will certainly be a LG or a Sony.
