Going back on their promise -check your recordings

Electronics and household app.

46" LCD Television broke 3 Dec 2012. Called Samsung on 4 Dec 2012 to report the problem (agents Rebecca & Sylvester). I was asked to obtain information which I duly got. I was told that the 1 YEAR warranty expired on 30 Nov 2012. I remarked that it was extremely convenient that the warranty expires and the TV breaks. The matter was referred to a manager and I was TOLD that Samsung would repair the TV under warranty. Samsung made contact with their approved repair centre and arranged with the repair centre to collect the TV from me. During end of Dec 2012 I was advised by the repair centre of an amount that I had to pay for the repair which I disputed as Samsung had agreed to repair the TV. Called Samsung on 2 Jan 2013 and asked Mdu to source all the recordings and he promised to do so and revert to me (I am still waiting). The repair centre also had discussions with Samsung and they were just waiting for the approval to be sent. The TV has been returned to me. I have had 2 calls from Sylvester (25 & 30 Jan 13) in which he is NOW trying to get details of the TV and where it was bought. I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN YOU EVERYTHING AND BASED ON THAT YOU AGREED TO REPAIR! Stick to your promises
