Lack of Service/No spare parts

I bought a Samsung Notebook in Germany (28/12/2012). Soon after my arrival back in SA (January 2013), my notebook started giving problem. I was informed by Samsung Online, that CRT in Montague Gardens will be repairing my notebook.
Recently I was notified by CRT that they are unable to repair my notebook as Samsung doesn't have any compatible spares available, namely the main board. As a results, Samsung has informed me that I need to purchase myself a new notebook.
I spoke to two different call centre consultant and both of them lack knowledge about the international warranty and repair policy. Both of them told me that Samsung won't replace my notebook and I should purchase a new notebook.

I am absolutely disgusted with this situation and service that I have been receiving thus far. How can Samsung expect me to purchase a new notebook because the don't have any spare parts. My notebook is even 3 months old. Being and international company, they should ensure that there are sufficient spare parts.

Even though my notebook is under international warranty, Samsung still doesn't want to assist
