Certificate still not issued

My husband student number 71459138 completed his certificate in Business Management in May 2012 with the Unisa Business School. Certificate was never issued.

In Dec 2012 I enquired as to when the certificate will be forwarded through, UNISA advised in it would be posted in Jan 2013 as the personnel that issues certificates was on leave. It is now March 2013, certificate has still not been posted through and this is required urgently. Its 10 months gone by and no certificate, and no response received despite subsequent follow ups.

Certificate is required urgently.
