NO DELIVERY OF MY CERTIFICATE - DISGUSTED

I am a student of the Law Faculty of Unisa. I have completed an access course to be able to register for my law degree as i did not obtain my matric exemption. I have completed the access course in 2007 and i have obtained the required credit to receive my full matric exemption certificate. I have on numerous occasions over the past 4 years contacted UNISA and the Matriculation Exemption Board for them to forward to me the certificate as i need that certificate to register my five year articles and have to date not received same. I have paid the required R 380 more than three times over the years, yet they have still not sent my Matriculation Exemption Certificate. All my requests have failed with UNISA as no one ever assists. They have told me to contact the Matriculation Exemption Board directly and when i do that the Board tells me that UNISA has not paid them and i must contact Unisa directly. I will now be seeking legal assistance to recover my certificate from UNISA should i not hear from them within FIVE days of date hereof.
