UNISA lost my exam paper and NO response!!!

Unisa lost my exam paper and I get no response from them what so ever!! I am so off that this matter is taken so likely! HELLO WAKE UP! its means a OF ALOT to the students and I will NOT rewrite or accept a 44% pass mark never!!! I am in my final year next year and this puts me back another module and this does not effect anyone up there. I will be taking legal action if this is not sorted out immediately!!!
