Unisa
No certificate as yet

Good day am a student with Unisa in i completed my Access Programme (00051) in 2011
i was informed that they will post my certificate after 30 days in 2013 jan. I phoned unisa first week of February
2012 to in quire about my certificate i was given a number to phone in Johannesburg (department of education)
and i was told to hold for 30min i then went to unisa sunnyside in june to enquire again i was told they will post it
they never did. Again i sent an eml to myhelpdesk at unisa they responded after 3days i was told to phone the
Johannesburg number the services i received from unisa is pathetic i want to know from them exactly when am i
going to get my certificate because am in titled to it i have been sent from pillar to post with no accurate response from the university of south Africa I would like to plea with unisa to please post my certificate to the address given on the system is been 2years waiting for my certificate
