Unisa
No Matric Exemption Certificate after 9 months

I paid Unisa R 380 .00 on 17-5-2012 for the renewal of my Matriculation Exemption Certificate which they said I needed to re-enroll with them. I still have not got the certificate. Whenever I query it with Unisa they take up to a month to reply and then tell me it has been processed and will be forwarded to me by the "Metric"(sic) board. This is not good enough, Unisa must track it down and find out where it is. They have my current address on file- they took the money, Why are they dragging their heels?
