Follow-up on status of my certificate

Good day. Please can someone be so kind as to contact me about the status of my certificate. I called Intec and spoke with student services and requested that you send my certifcate to me since I completed my course. I was advised that the certificate is only despatched once the student calls in. I was told I would have to wait 8 weeks before my certificate arrives.
