No response - Getting ridiculous

Hi

I have received my student number (53752864) and paid my application fee, but I do not know my status. I wish to register for the modules in the CTA bridging programme, but do not want to pay the registration fees but i when i try to then it says application is not complete (all supporting documents are handed in and fee paid). To the Unisa rep on hello peter, please assist urgently as I am not getting any response from Unisa and they are busy ruining my career and future plans.
