Registration problem AGAIN

I sent in my application on the 18/12/2012 to register for my final year of studies. The application process went through and the status was officialy - "Application received 18/12/2012 - In progress". As the registration process closed my status on My Unisa changed to application incomplete?

I am so tired of having problems with registration as it is never ending. Ever semester its the same hassel different issue. I urgently need to register as per my application. I even have credit in my account. I sent a mail of complaint to the regisration department but no body has responded?

PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP AS THERE IS NO CONTACT WITH UNISA!!!
