Registrations has not been completed for 4 months

My student number is 50583581.And i have applied to do an LLB degree with UNISA in September 2012.i paid and submitted all my documents to UNISA before December for Four modules and i should have been registered for the firest semester of 2013.However UNISA has remained silent on the registration and i have made numerous phone calls and sent emails to equiries and noone has been helpful. Most recently i was told my application had failed to go through for the first semester because i had not submitted all the documents and i have since sent them more than 6 times to six different people at UNISA and still my registration has not come through. Each time i phone im told a different reason and now second semester registration ends on the friday and i still have not been able to register. I sent a complaint with hellopeter five days ago and i still have not received a response so now im really getting wary of this tedious process.
please may you assist i have already lost a whole semester to this ineffieciency.
