Unisa
Unisa won't repay me

I applied to register at UNISA after following up for 6 weeks I had no response via telephone or email and decided to register elsewhere. I then sent a cancellation of application through to UNISA as I could not cancel my application online (there is no option for that).
UNISA subsequently registered me and cancelled my registration but withheld my full fees I paid that's almost R8000. I don't think this is fair considering the circumstances. I would at least like to have seen a portion of my funds returned as this is their error and slow response times.
